2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.

2.2 Account security

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Don't share them. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including unauthorised access if you fail to keep credentials secure. Tell us right away if you suspect a breach.

2.3 One person, one account

Each account is for a single user or business. Creating multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits is prohibited and may result in termination.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages

• Promote illegal goods or services

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content

• Harass, defame, or harm any person or group

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

• Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You own the content you create on the Service (funnels, emails, courses, contact lists). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You're solely responsible for your content and for getting any rights, permissions, or consents needed to use it (including from your contacts and customers).

5.1 Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, based on the plan you choose. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

5.2 Auto-renewal

Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account settings. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

There are strictly no refunds. This is why all plans start at the free level. Only upgrade if you wish to join at a paid level.

5.4 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You're responsible for any taxes owed in your jurisdiction.

The Service, its design, code, branding, and content (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

You can cancel any time. We can terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that puts us, our users, or third parties at risk.

On termination, your access ends and your content may be deleted after a reasonable grace period. Export your data before cancelling if you want to keep it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business result will be achieved through its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
